20-20 CAP: WN2010 - What's New in CAP Designer and WorksheetWhat's New 2010 is a tour through the new features in both CAP Designer and Worksheet release 2010. This one-hour course will cover the new Block Info Editor tool, Panel Builder™ enhancements, AutoCAD 2010 features, along with new CAP Compare enhancements and the Discount Name column in Worksheet.
20-20 CAP: CE2 - CAP Entry Level 2Designed as an introduction to the CAP Designer application, this course focuses on familiarizing yourself with the 20-20 CAP Designer work environment and the basic to intermediate tools to get you started in space planning.
20-20 CAP: COV - CAP Overview This course is a fast-paced overview of the CAP software. You will learn the basics of placing furniture in a drawing and sending it to 20-20 Worksheet to quote your items. The class will begin with placing both free standing and systems furniture, as well as creating typical, auto hardware and tags to help organize the quote.
20-20 CAP: CF - CAP Furniture Designed to introduce you to some of the intermediate tools that are used to increase proficiency, efficiency and accuracy while space planning. This course will cover both the CAP Designer TOOLS and EDIT functions that are used in everyday design.
20-20 CAP: CS1 - CAP Studio 1 This course focuses on the creation and maintenance of Custom Catalogs and CAP Standards. We will walk you through turning a typical workstation into a CAP Standard which can be used on multiple projects and in both CAP Designer and 20-20 Worksheet.
20-20 CAP: CS2 - CAP Studio 2 This course focuses on the creation and maintenance of Custom CAP Parts or Specials. We will walk you through un-doing and modifying existing CAP Parts from the electronic catalog and turning them into Custom Parts and placing them in the Custom Catalog. This course will also explore working with custom parts in 20-20 Worksheet.
20-20 CAP: EPB - Example Panel BuilderThe CAP Panel Builder technology is designed to construct and manage panel configurations. These configurations often include frames, stacking frames, and tiles. However, depending on the catalog in use, Panel Builder can also be used to create field cut panels of custom width, floor-to-ceiling configurations with optioned heights and other manufacturer specific design needs.
20-20 CAP: CP1 - CAP Productivity 1 (Adv. Topics)This course will cover the use of the productivity functions in both CAP Designer and 20-20 Worksheet that are not covered in any of the other online modules. These tools were intended to streamline and assist with more complex space planning. They are also very useful for smaller projects.
20-20 CAP: CACP1 - CAP Autocad Productivity 1Autodesk's AutoCAD® software is the industry standard for creating CAD-based design information. Discover the tools and features of AutoCAD that can help you design more efficiently and with greater accuracy. Used in conjunction with CAP Studio, these standard tools can make your design life much easier. This module covers several AutoCAD design tools. NOTE: This class is only scheduled on request. 20-20 CAP: CTH - CAP Tips & Hints An insider's view on how to make the software you are using work better for you. This module will cover some useful, but often forgotten AutoCAD commands and will open up some commands and functions of CAP Designer that are well known, but often misunderstood. This is highly recommended for the power user that has little time for multiple classes and is just looking to sharpen their skills. This course blends information from other modules into one course. Prerequisites: CE1 (if you have no previous AutoCAD experience) and CE2.
20-20 CAP: New Generation Automation for Answer 2This intermediate level Steelcase Answer-specific module introduces the CAP Designer New Generation Automation tools designed for the creation and management of Answer frame and tile configurations and connecting hardware along with the use of power configurations. Giza Studio
20-20 Giza: GE1 - GIZA Entry Level 1 This entry level module familiarizes you with the 20-20 GIZA Designer screen. We will cover the various pulldown menus, toolbars and the sidebar menu. You will learn the different ways of pulling furniture into a drawing and the basics of snapping parts together to create furniture typicals. We will also cover the methods of selecting parts and zooming to view different areas on the screen.
20-20 Giza: GE2 - GIZA Entry Level 2In this module, we will expand on knowledge already learned in GE1. You will learn the various editing commands that will allow you to copy, move and rotate furniture that has been placed in the drawing. You will also walk through the basics of creating an architectural wall, converting your project into 3D and printing.
20-20 Giza: GOV - GIZA Overview This module is a fast-paced overview of the Giza software. You will learn the basics drawing a floor plan and sending it to 20-20 Worksheet to quote your items. The class will begin with placing both free standing and systems furniture, as well as creating typical, auto hardware and tags to help organize the quote.
20-20 Giza: GA1 - GIZA Architectural 1This module will show you how to create a building shell and add rooms to it. You will also learn basic door and window placement and adding notes and dimensions to your project.
20-20 Giza - GA2 - GIZA Architectural 2This takes the knowledge from GA1 and adds to it the modification and clean up tools. You will also learn more detailed dimensioning and importing an AutoCAD drawing.
20-20 Giza: GF1 - GIZA Furniture 1In this module, you will learn how to place systems furniture and create typicals. You will also learn how to modify a system furniture layout to include changing 3D height, copying with an offset, 2 point move and using Auto Hardware which will allow for a quick easy way to add panel connectors.
20-20 Giza: GF2 - GIZA Furniture 2This module will walk you through the creation of a Frame Design. You will learn to create a frame design for your project and assign that design to the empty panel frames on your drawing. We will also instruct you on how to save that design and load it into other projects and how to work with these designs when you create a BOM in 20-20 Worksheet where you can apply finishes.
20-20 Giza: GPT- Giza Presentation TechniquesPresentation Techniques for Giza Designer will show you how to optimize your drawing for presentation. In this module you will learn how to customize a personal color palette which can be saved for future projects, add personal textures which can be download from some manufacture sites or be imported from a photo and add additional accessory items for a more realistic office look. You will also learn how to use the two presentation add-ons, Vignette Plot and Giza Publisher, for a professional sales look, including title blocks and print techniques.

20-20 Worksheet: WSE1 - Worksheet Entry Level 1This course is intended to cover basic Worksheet topics and to get you orientated to the Worksheet application. We will walk you through the different areas in the Explorer Bar and bringing furniture into the Worksheet. We will also cover setting the Worksheet environment up to better suit your needs.
20-20 Worksheet: WSOV - Worksheet Overview The Worksheet Overview class will guide a salesperson through the steps of creating a quote using 20-20 Worksheet. You will build a quote from scratch, add options, add discounts and run a report. This class is primarily for salespeople who need to learn the basic steps to build a quote and is a condensed version of the WS1, WS2 and WS3 classes.
20-20 Worksheet: WS1 - Worksheet 1 Worksheet 1 extends the basic knowledge you gained from the Worksheet prerequisite class and covers such topics as 20-20 Search, modifying items, global options, and bookmarks.
20-20 Worksheet: WS2 - Worksheet 2 Worksheet 2 extends the basic knowledge you gained from the Worksheet prerequisite class and covers such topics as tagging, sorting, custom items, and Worksheet properties.
20-20 Worksheet: WS3 - Worksheet 3 Discounting In this module, we will touch on adding price adjustments, such as taxes and fees, into your Worksheet. We will also describe the pricing terminology used in Worksheet and the different methods of applying discounts. Discounting will contain information on adding a single line, adding by criteria, adding to selected items and creating a schedule that can be loaded into other projects and applied.
20-20 Worksheet: WS4 - Worksheet 4 ReportingThis module contains the information necessary to run and edit existing standard reports created by 20-20 Technologies. It will also walk you through and explain the process of creating a custom report using the 20-20 Report Designer. You will be able to use the report designer to sort, filter and export your final report design and apply it to future worksheets.
20-20 Worksheet: APA - Advanced Price Adjustments This module is a deeper look into 20-20 Worksheets Price Adjustments that were touched on in WS3 (Discounting). This module will show you how to add in Percentage Adjustments such as a Sales Tax, Fixed-Amount Adjustments like Fees or Credits and Advanced Adjustments for complex credits and charges. It is recommended that you have taken WS3 or have a strong working knowledge of 20-20 Worksheet’s Discounting Methods before taking APA.
