Jean Mignault Jean Mignault

Mr. Mignault founded 20-20 Technologies Inc. in 1985. He has 25 years experience in manufacturing and sales in the interior design industry. Mr. Mignault holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President European Operations at LGS Group Inc., a Canadian IT consulting and systems integration firm. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in finance from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal.

Steve Perrone Steve Perrone

As a chartered accountant, Mr. Perrone is responsible for finance and investor relations at the company. He has spent most of his 25-year career in information technology companies, fulfilling functions related to accounting, finance and investor relations. Prior to his appointment at 20-20 Technologies, he held CFO positions with Canadian public companies such as DMR Consulting Inc. and LGS Group Inc. Mr. Perrone holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from Concordia University in Montreal.

Mr. Witthus joined 20-20 Technologies in 2005 with the acquisition of MBI Software Company. Based in Osnabrück, Germany, he is responsible for sales activities in Central and Eastern Europe. As one of the founders of MBI Software Company, he has 28 years experience in the technology and furniture industries.

Mr. Yamauchi joined 20-20 Technologies after spending 24 years in the area of technology with various vertical software companies. His appointment comes as 20-20 Technologies continues to strengthen and expand its end-to-end product offering in the manufacturing area. In his prior role, Mr. Yamauchi served as President/CEO of Friedman Corporation, a software company that provided ERP solutions to the building materials industry.

Mr. Brière joined 20-20 Technologies’ head office in Laval, Québec, as the Vice President of Marketing. Jean-Michel holds an MBA in Marketing and an Engineering degree in Aeronautics. He brings over 18 years of marketing, strategic planning, business intelligence and management experience, mainly in high technology. He has a solid experience in both B2B and B2C markets. Over his career, he has lived and worked in North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim. Jean-Michel will play a key role in the strategic development of 20-20 as the world’s leading provider of software for the interior design and furniture industry. He will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and competitive marketing and communication strategies to continuously improve 20-20 Technologies’ position.

  
Andre Chartier André Chartier

Mr. Chartier has been responsible for Research & Development, project management for the company’s core products and web solutions, as well as the operation of 20-20 Technologies’ services infrastructure since 2001. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a member of Scientific Staff, Speech Recognition for Bell Northern Research, DMR and two independent high-tech start-ups. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Operations Research degree from the University of Montreal.

Christian Dubuc Christian Dubuc

Mr. Dubuc is responsible for 20-20 Technologies’ strategic product direction and maintaining the portfolio of products aligned with the company’s business strategy. With 20-20 since 1987, he was Director, Software Development from 1998 to 2005. Prior to this, he was Director, R&D for 20-20’s Systems Division. He holds a Bachelor of Environment Design degree from the University of Quebec in Montreal.

Klaus Gueniker Klaus Gueniker

Mr. Gueniker began his career in Germany with an apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker and continued to work for three years in his father’s architectural millwork shop. In his more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, he has designed and implemented multiple manufacturing I.T. applications and systems. He has an extensive background in the areas of product configuration, factory management, manufacturing automation, ERP systems and systems integration. He founded Virtual Systems International, Inc. in 1993 and joined 20-20 in 2006 upon VSI's acquisition. He holds an engineering degree in furniture production from Rosenheim College.

Christine Christine Labelle

Ms. Labelle leads 20-20’s global human resources activities. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience, including 9 years in the high tech industry working for Discreet Logic, a division of Autodesk. Prior to joining 20-20, she was Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Quebec, a global $150 billion fund manager. Ms Labelle holds a diploma in human resources from École des Hautes études commerciales and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.

Mr. Racinais, based in Spain, has collaborated with 20-20 Technologies since 1999. He has 14 years of experience in the technology and furniture sales industries. He joined 20-20 Technologies in 2002 when it acquired SPI Software S.A. in France, a company Mr. Racinais founded in 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Ecole de Commerce, Gestion et Informatique in Rodez, France.

Mr. Rothwell, based in the United Kingdom, has been with 20-20 Technologies Inc. since 1991. He has 25 years of experience in the kitchen design industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Rothwell worked at Magnet, a large kitchen retailer, and a design software firm, both in the United Kingdom. He has a diploma from the Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Compton joined 20-20 Technologies in 2002 with the acquisition of CAP, a leading provider space planning software in the Office Furniture industry.  He brings 20 years of sales and technical experience to the role of leading the Office Point of Sales unit of 20-20 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
