Craig Yamauchi Executive Vice President North American Sales, Manufacturing & Residential Solutions Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. Mr. Yamauchi joined 20-20 after spending 24 years in the area of technology with various vertical software companies. His appointment comes as 20-20 Technologies continues to strengthen and expand its end-to-end product offering in the manufacturing area. In his prior role, Mr. Yamauchi served as President/CEO of Friedman Corporation, a software company that provided ERP solutions to the building materials industry. |

Jean-Michel Brière Vice President Marketing Laval, Quebec, Canada Mr. Brière joined 20-20 bringing over 18 years of marketing, strategic planning, business intelligence and management experience, mainly in high technology in both B2B and B2C markets. He holds an MBA in Marketing and an Engineering degree in Aeronautics. He has lived and worked in North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim and is responsible for designing and implementing innovative and competitive marketing and communication strategies for 20-20. |

She brings with her more than 20 years of experience, including 9 years in the high tech industry working for Discreet Logic, a division of Autodesk. Prior to joining 20-20, she was Associate VP of Human Resources at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Quebec. Ms Labelle holds a diploma in human resources from HEC and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa. |

He has 14 years of experience in the technology and furniture sales industries. He joined 20-20 Technologies in 2002 when it acquired SPI Software S.A. in France, a company Mr. Racinais founded in 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Ecole de Commerce, Gestion et Informatique in Rodez, France. |

He has 25 years of experience in the kitchen design industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Rothwell worked at Magnet, a large kitchen retailer, and a design software firm, both in the United Kingdom. He has a diploma from the Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom. |
