As 20-20 Technologies’ Vice President of Human Resources since 2008, Christine Labelle heads up the company’s international human resources and employee communications department, managing organizational development initiatives, compensation and benefits programs, recruitment and employee integration practices.
Before joining 20-20 Technologies, she was associate vice president of human resources at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. During her four year tenure, she held a variety of positions, leading organizational development initiatives such as the performance management program review and projects related to the optimization of the human resources function.
Previously, Christine spent more than nine years in the high-tech industry working for Discreet Logic, a division of Autodesk. She headed many key initiatives such as integration of Discreet Logic within Autodesk from a human resources standpoint and participated in the organizational redesign of the Discreet division.
Christine holds a degree in human resources management from HEC de Montréal and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Ottawa. She also holds a certificate degree in company governance from Université Laval (Collège des administrateurs de sociétés). Christine is a board member for the Quebec division of the Canadian Cancer Society.
