What is it?
20-20 LiveORDER is a web-based order management solution that allows you to electronically manage, submit and track orders with manufacturers who are using LiveLINQ. The solution allows you to submit orders to multiple manufacturers from a single logon, thereby saving time and reducing errors. What’s more, as a 2020 Design user, you can save more time by automatically generating electronic purchase orders from your 20-20 KIT files.
Real-time order status communication between you and manufacturers is possible with LiveORDER so orders can be tracked at every step of the order’s lifecycle. The ability to attach detailed information such as drawings and instructions and engage in Live Chat further reduces the possibility of errors and order processing times.

How does it work ?
For 20-20 Design users, submitting an order is a simple 3-step process:
1. Upload 20-20 Design KIT file to automatically generate electronic purchase order(s)
2. Enter bill to / ship to information (along with any desired file attachments)
3. Submit the order (or request for quote) with a simple click of a button
Non 20-20 Design users can use 20-20 LiveORDER’s integrated html forms to enter and submit their orders.
All users can also use 20-20 LiveSPEQ, 20-20’s online graphical product configurator, to browse, select, configure and order products from subscribing manufacturers’ integrated catalogs – without the need for a 20-20 Design KIT file.

20-20 LiveORDER is part of 20-20 LiveSUITE, our next-generation Electronic Order Processing (EOP) solution. It allows dealers from the kitchen, bath, office and closet industries to submit orders to multiple manufacturers, with just a few clicks of the send button.
